Clinton House is a charming Cape Cod style home decorated with flair.  It is less than 1/2 mile from the SUCO campus – home of Cooperstown Baseball World activities.  There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and one on the second.  A rear deck, complete with patio furniture, looks out over the back yard and the horseshoe pits. There is off street parking for three cars.
