Beau Rivage takes its name from the beautiful view of the river.  It is a 2-story colonial on the Susquehanna River at the head of Goodyear Lake.  The amenities provide outdoor activities combined with all of the comforts of home.  There is a large living room, 2 enclosed sunrooms overlooking the water and an enclosed side porch.  There are 6 TVs, a fooseball table, a waterfront deck, a gazebo, and a rowboat.  The dock area is great for swimming and fishing.

Canoe and kayak rentals are available nearby.  It is convenient to baseball tournaments in Cooperstown and Oneonta.
